RÉSONNER 1.212
The first release in a series of projects that further evolve the multidisciplinary artist’s practice of RÉSONNER in interconnected forms. Continued World Building.
Inspired by the current visual artworks of Jean’s collections. RÉSONNER 212 first dances with sound manipulation in relation to the works. It also encompasses the sounds of the act of creating 1.212 itself. The goal is connection and understanding through immersion in various mediums. Don’t just see, but hear, touch, smell, and feel 212. Connect.
Shapes, fragrance, textures, directions, colors, stories, memories, instrumentation, tones and healing/frequencies. Ephemeral and sustaining interactivity. Plays on time, distance, experiences in the brain/body with neurodivergence, synesthesia, hyperosmia, pattern recognition and life with disabling chronic conditions. New resolves. Life.
